Refund and return goods policy

Refunds (if applicable)
Our refund policy affects the goods damaged in transport.
Customized goods or modified versions of standard products are the final sale and cannot be returned or replaced.

Damaged goods

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Please check your order for any damage upon arrival. If items arrive damaged, a replacement will only be sent if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days and accompanied by photos of the damage (with proof of the delivery day – a tracking code link or a photo of the official document).

Vilenica Studio reserves the right to inspect a damaged product before undertaking any obligation to replace it. All costs of shipping for inspection are sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Vilenica Studio is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@vilenica2.mediavistacloud.com.

If you are approved for the refund for the returned item, you will not be refunded for the initial shipping cost.
